1. Features of hydraulic baler
All balers include horizontal balers and vertical balers are driven by hydraulic pressure, controlled by manual or PLC automatic control system;

Discharging mode: tuning-over, pushing (from side or front), manual packing etc;

No feet screw for installation; diesel oil could be the power to drive when there is no electricity;

Force of compressing is selected from 63T to 400T, which the product efficiency is selected from 4T/shift to 40T/shirt.

Compressing chamber and bale size can be customized.
2. Basic principle of hydraulic baler

Hydraulic baler is a bailing machine using the liquid to transfer the pressure. Liquid transfers the pressure in sealed recipient is according to Pascal Principle. Hydraulic power transmission system of baler is consisting of drive mechanism, control mechanism, operation mechanism, secondary mechanism and medium.

Oil pump usually as storage oil pump is used as its drive mechanism . In order to meet the speed requirement of operation, one or several oil pumps will be used. Wheel pump is for low pressure purpose when the pressure of oil is less than 2.5MP;wing pump is for medium pressure purpose when the pressure is less than 6.3MP;rampum is for high pressure purpose when the pressure is less than 32MP.
Hydraulic pump is the power supply of hydraulic system. Motor drives the pump and produces the force to oil going through the pipes to valves in control mechanism until to oil tank. Oil tank will produce movements to start and finish baling circularly.

The pressure of hydraulic pump

Working pressure p: Exit pressure when pump is working, it is depend on load.

Rated pressure ps : Under normal running condition, according to test standard, the highest pressure during continuous running.

Absorption Pressure: Entrance Pressure.

Pump delivery capacity, flow rate and volumetric efficiency

Delivery capacity V: In theory, the volume of fluid the pump delivered one circle. The unit is . It is depend on the dimension of the pump.

Average theory delivery capacity q t : In theory, the fluid volume delivered by pump in unit time.qt= n v , unit is m3/s or L/min.

Actual delivery capacity q : the actual fluid volume delivered by pump in unit time. In the exit of the pump, when pressure≠ 0, there is leakage, so q = q t–Δq.

Instantaneous theory delivery capacity qsh: each split second, the volume delivered by pump. Usually, the instantaneous theory delivery capacity is pulsant, means qsh≠q t。

Rated delivery capacity qs : Under rated pressure and rated rotate speed, the volume of the pump delivered.
